What's Your Weight Loss
Motivation? The Simple Fact is that if your Weight Loss
Motivation is not strong enough, you will never be able to stick to any
program long enough to get real results.
You’ve got to really want to lose weight and have a great
dieting motivation in order to take
control and make the changes necessary in your life to
develop proper eating habits to lose weight.
If your weight loss motivation is not strong… You'll
just end up slipping back into the same old patterns that put those
extra pounds on in the first place.
I can't think of a Better Weight Loss Motivation
than
living life to the fullest.
If you are overweight, there are an incredible
number of things that will stop you from living the life you want to
live. Decreased energy, difficulty moving, diabetes, stroke, Myocardial
Infarction (Heart Attack), poor health, constant illness, and
embarrassment are just a few things that seriously decrease quality of
living and make a pretty good weight loss motivation.
Do you really want your parents to outlive you? Or,
be unable to keep up with your kids? Are you tired of people
pointing at you and talking about you negatively when they think you
can't hear them? Wouldn't it be nicer to catch them saying how
good you look? They'll usually say this to your face instead.
When you are at a healthy weight, you will find the
increased energy actually breeds increased desire to Get Off Your Ass.
Wouldn't it be much nicer to go out and actually do something, than sit
on the couch watching the BOOB TUBE because you just can't muster the
energy to do anything else?
