Weight Loss Conditions

If you really want to lose weight, you must meet certain weight loss conditions.

At the very least, you must consume less calories than you burn.

But, that is really not enough...

I mean, sure, if you do water fasting, and never move your butt off the couch, you WILL lose weight.

But, is that really healthy weight loss?

There are other things that you must consider in order to achieve healthy weight loss conditions.

The reality is that you need to achieve an effective diet exercise program to balance out the calores that you take in while working on getting proper nutrition.

So, what is an effective diet exercise program?
An effective diet exercise program is one that not only burns calories while you are doing it, but also builds lean muscle which burns more calories than fat while at rest.
The most effective diet exercise program is one that you will actually do on an ongoing basis. And I highly recommend you build one of your own. There are many examples to be found at our Increase Metabolism page.

Hydration and weight loss go well together, and proper hydration should be considered one of the key conditions of weight loss.
Since it is water that flushes your system of all of the excess, unneeded stuff that we put into our bodies. If it doesn't get flushed out of the system, the body has to do something with it. And the safest place for your body to hide it is in those oh so conveniently expandable fat cells. So, getting enough hydration and weight loss go hand in hand.

The nutrition of foods that you eat is another of the weight loss conditions.
If you are eating only processed foods, or attempting to eat the majority of your meals from fast food take out. You are not going to get much good, reasonable nutrition out of the food that you are eating. The processing that is done to these foods, strips them of all of the yummy goodness that is in the natural forms of the food that you eat.
And your body recognises this.
It Knows that it is not getting what it needs, and so it send signals to your brain that it needs to eat more to get what it needs.
The nutrition of foods comes from eating easily prepared, naturally sourced foods.
You can find more about the nutrition of foods at both Proper Nutrition and Who Should Eat Organic Food.
