Nutrition Express.
Get what you need without wasting time.

Nutrition Express is for when you are Sick and tired of wasting time constantly worrying whether you are getting everything you need.

One of the biggest complaints I hear these days is that people don't have the time or energy to count servings and portions. It shouldn't take you 10 minutes to order food that is prepared in 2 minutes.

If you can't stand the idea of always staring at a menu longer than it takes you to eat the food…
Just to figure out what rounds out your daily intake...
Or,
You just don't have the time or energy to plan out every meal of every day, cooking for yourself…

Nutrition Express is the route for you.

Take a different route, and get the daily requirements in a fast, simple method, and then don't worry too much about the rest.

Nutrition Express:

Have a meal supplement shake for one meal.
(2 meals for fast weight loss)
The good ones will cover a large portion of your daily nutritional needs in a no brainer, easy to make, quick to prepare and eat meal. In many cases, in less calories than your traditional breakfast fare.

For me, this is breakfast.
I spent years unwilling to be bothered to eat breakfast, I just didn't have the time to deal with it. I'd rather sleep in an extra 30 minutes.

But, healthy eating requires that I eat breakfast… So, now I have a meal replacement shake for breakfast. 5 minutes to prepare, drink, and clean up.

Take Tablets/Vitamins
Nutrition supplements come in all shapes, sizes, and qualities.
I take a multivitamin 3 times a day, just to cover my butt, and to replace what gets flushed out with my hydration routine. There are also products that are essentially dried and crushed vegetables, that will give you all those wonderful antioxidants that we keep hearing about these days. (See Herbal Nutrition Supplement)
Add one of these to your mix.
Have one very reasonable meal.
(Or a second shake)
This meals purpose is to provide sustenance.
For me, this is along the lines of a simple salad with some form of protein to curb hunger longer.
With a little bit of full fat dressing, or some low fat dressing you cover your caloric needs without majorly sacrificing your daily requirements.
Have one meal for pleasure.
I don't mean for you to be a glutton here.
But pick your foods for flavor instead of Calorie Count.
Make it a well rounded meal.
A "Colorful Meal" if you will…
Get everything on the food pyramid in this one.
A little grain, some fruit, some protein, and some milk products.

Healthy eating does not have to be painful or time consuming.
Nutrition Express is about getting your needs covered in as rapid and painless way as possible, so that you can devote the remainder of your caloric intake to things that you actually enjoy.

Proper Nutrition is important, but it doesn't have to be painful.
